Pre-buy Propane in the Summer to Save All Winter!
Winter nights don’t have to give your wallet the chills! Pre-Buy gives you the option to purchase propane during the summer months when rates are traditionally lower. Your annual propane usage is estimated to determine the number of gallons to purchase, starting with a minimum of only 300 gallons.
**These gallons sell quickly on a first-come, first-served basis.**
**Orders are valid only with a signed contract and when paid in full.**

Budget Pay Plan
Don’t pay for your propane all at once, spread it out across the year. The Budget Pay plan offers you 11 lower, equal monthly payments, and a final 12th settle-up bill. Budget Pay is a convenient option that provides price protection, zero financing fees, and FREE Automatic Delivery so you don’t need to worry about checking the tank gauge or calling for a delivery.
You can choose convenient automatic deductions from a credit or debit card, or make payments in person or by phone.
To be eligible, customers must have approved credit or a history of timely payments. Please call with questions!
Refer a Friend
Refer a new residential customer to Carolina Propane, and we will credit your account $100 AND if you refer a second residential customer, you’ll receive an additional $100 credit!
Our Refer-a-Friend program is simple
Just contact us with the following information:
- Your friend’s name
- Their home address
- Their email address
- Their phone number
Refer friends and family with a call to us at 803-536-5070 or by completing the following form. You’ll receive the $100 credit on your account after your friend places and pays for their order.

Automatic Delivery Service
Our Automatic Delivery Program leaves the scheduling on us! We track historical and current weather conditions as well as monitor propane usage in your tank to determine when a delivery is needed. How’s that for service? You won’t need to call us for a delivery, PLUS you SAVE 10¢ per gallon on your propane when you upgrade to Carolina Propane’s Automatic Delivery service.
With Automatic Delivery, your delivery will be scheduled before your tank gauge reads below 30 percent full. This reduces the possibility of an undesirable out-of-gas situation.
Carolina Propane does ask you to notify us if there has been a change in your home (like a new family member or new furnace) that changes your usage so that our automated routing system information is accurate. If you are not currently enjoying Automatic Delivery, call today and save 10¢ per gallon!
